1. PUBLIGRAM

Publigram software solution makes identifying, benchmarking and evaluating stakeholders easy. It helps accumulate relevant information including tacit knowledge about stakeholders, it prioritizes their attributes and this means that briefing internal stakeholders and agencies is simple. Savings in time and content management are significant.

Working as an individual or in a group, Publigram user can identify, evaluate, asses and prioritize stakeholder' importance, influence and attitudes in a structured way.

Its powerful relational benchmarking allows organizations to identify and assemble all the information that is necessary for designers, advertising agencies, PR practitioners, web site developers and others involved in relationship management including communications to in-house audiences and external publicity and promotion work.

Publigram's flexibility also offers the user capability to examine the significance and relationships between stakeholders' importance, influence and attitude for the organization and between each other. This means that, among the strengths of Publigram, is an ability to prioritize resources.

An individual manager or a group can use the Publigram application. You will find that as a user or with the board, marketing, communications, design and or development group or creative teams (which we describe generically as a group) - even people who are unused to the concepts of defining publics - quickly become involved in the creation of a Publigram project, and contribute to the process. For many organizations, the value of having a comprehensive resource that can combine tacit knowledge and experience, notes, files, web resources, intranet files is a considerable asset and is achieved using Publigram.

2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Publigram is a full Windows® program. The Publigram desktop will be instantly familiar to anyone who has used another Windows® program such a spreadsheet or a word processor. Users become productive after less than 5 minutes! The desktop is configured with a standard task bar at the top, a large visualization screen in the center and an Attributes dialog box.

Requirements:

- Motherboard with Intel Pentium compatible processor with 400MHz or more

- 32MB system RAM

- At least 10MB free space on hard drive

- Monitor with resolution 1024x768 and 16 bit color depth (65536 colors) or better

- Keyboard and mouse

- Operating system Microsoft Windows 98 / NT 4.0 / 2000 / XP

- Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer

Optional:

- 3D accelerated graphic card with OpenGL drivers (I.E. GeForce, ATI Radeon, etc.) in order to view a 3D presentation

3. INSTALLING PUBLIGRAM

The installation procedure is fairly self-explanatory. The installation program should run automatically when you load the CD. If it does not, double-click "setup.exe" file.

The Welcome dialog box appears and you are prompted for user information. Use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons to move to the next or previous dialog box. To cancel the installation process, click the "Exit" button. Enter the license number, and browse to the folder where to install the files. To complete the installation and start the Publigram application, click the "Finish" button.

To uninstall the Publigram application, browse to the folder where you installed the Publigram files and click the "uninst.exe" file.
